Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of China High Speed Transmission Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd ("NGC"), is specialized in designing and manufacturing marine propulsion and complete equipment. Located in Jiangning Science Garden, a place with beautiful sight view and convenient communication, the company occupies an area of 32000m2, among which, 2000m2 is for office. There are 365 employees in total, of which, 86 engineers, 12 senior engineers and 31 senior technicians.

The main products consist of controllable pitch propeller, fixed pitch propeller, tunnel thruster, various types of main/auxiliary marine gearbox, hydraulic coupling, stern tube and non-standard marine gearboxes and spiral bevel gears. Based on the technology import and innovation, we have mastered the core technology of marine propulsion system to form our own product line. Now, we are able to design and produce 400 sets of CPP and marine gearboxes per year and our products can be widely used in offshore and pelagic vessels. A big quantity of propellers and marine gearboxes, which are manufactured to European Standard have been exported to oversea market, and have won the favorable comments from partners.

As the biggest CPP manufacturer in China, the company has set up the modern workshop, equipped with more than 100 sets advanced machining and testing equipments, such as large NC horizontal lathe, large rolling grinder, large NC deep-hole drilling and boring machines, large NC floor-type boring and milling machine, Toshiba machining centers, Taiwan Euma machining center group, Puma NC horizontal production line, REFORM vertical grinder, LIEBHER NC high efficiency hobbing machine, HOEFLER grinder group, Klingelberg spiral bevel gear cutting machine, AICHELIN well-type carburizing furnace, and Leitz Co-ordinate measuring machine and large power test bench, etc. All this can ensure our quality to be in line with European Standard and meet the requirements of Classification Society. We are capable to produce the shafting with diameter at1.6m, and length at 1.4m, and the gears with diameter at 6m, and accuracy at Grade

ISO-4. Test every set of CPP according to the procedure prior to the delivery, so as to supply the first class product to our customers.

As a new and high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu province, the company has established a perfect quality system, which has passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 QMS and ISO14001: 2004 Environmental management system. Our marine products are designed and manufactured strictly according to the European standard and Classification Society Rules, and has got the certification of CCS\BV\GL\ABS\ LR\RINA\DNV and RMRS.
